FAILURE OF THE PILOT TO GO AROUND, WHEN SHE DID NOT ATTAIN THE PROPER TOUCHDOWN POINT (LANDED LONG) AND HAD EXCESSIVE AIRSPEED TO STOP ON THE RUNWAY. A FACTOR RELATED TO THE ACCIDENT WAS THE UNFAVORABLE WIND CONDITION (SUDDEN WIND SHIFT).
