WHILE MANEUVERING DURING AN AERIAL APPLICATION FLT, THE ACFT'S LEFT WING COLLIDED WITH A POWER LINE. THE ACFT THEN CRASHED INTO A RICE FIELD & WAS SUBSTANTIALLY DAMAGED.
