THE PILOT ATTEMPTED TO LAND DOWNWIND AND RAN OFF THE DEPARTURE END OF THE RUNWAY. AFTER THE ACCIDENT, SHE SAID SHE WAS 'RUSHING' AND MISREAD THE WINDSOCK.
