WHILE CONDUCTING AN AERIAL APPLICATION OPERATION THE AIRCRAFT COLLIDED WITH POWER LINES, THEN BEGAN AN UNCONTROLLED DESCENT STRIKING THE TERRAIN, AND CARTWHEELING TO STOP.
