THE AIRPLANE HAD JUST LIFTED OFF THE WATER WHEN THE PILOT LOST CONTROL OF THE AIRPLANE. THE AIRPLANE THEN STALLED AND CRASHED ON THE TUNDRA. AFTER GROUND IMPACT, THE AIRPLANE NOSED OVER ON ITS BACK.
