THE AIRCRAFT DEPARTED AN AIRPORT IN THE DIRECTION OF HIGHER TERRAIN. THE PILOT DELAYED THE TURN AWAY FROM THE HIGHER TERRAIN AND THE AIRPLANE WAS UNABLE TO OUTCLIMB THE TERRAIN.
