THE PILOT OF THE HOMEBUILT AIRPLANE REPORTED HIS DESCENT RATE FOR A LANDING WAS HIGH. IN THE FLARE, HE ADDED POWER TO GO AROUND, BUT THE AIRPLANE STRUCK THE GROUND AND NOSED OVER.
