THE PILOT DECIDED TO LAND ON A ROAD WHEN OUTSIDE VISUAL REFERENCES DIMINISHED. DURING THE LANDING ROLL THE AIRPLANE STRUCK A ROAD SIGN AND SPUN OUT OF CONTROL.
