DURING TAXI AFTER LANDING THE AIRCRAFT HIT A TUG THAT HAD BEEN LEFT ON THE TAXIWAY AFTER IT RAN OUT OF GAS. THE PILOT ALSO STATED THAT THE RISING SUN WAS IN HIS EYES.
