The pilot stated to a New York State Police Officer that while attempting to takeoff from the runway his aircraft began to stall and therefore he tried to abort his takeoff; however, he was not able to fully abort and slid off the runway and impacted a fence before coming to a stop. Witnesses stated that they observed the airplane enter runway 29 at intersection H. Shortly after, the airplane was seen porpoising toward the end of the runway before it skidded off the end of the runway and down an embankment. Runway 29 is 4,451 x 150 foot long and intersection H is located about one third down the runway.
