A twin-engine Piper Aztec, Guatemalan registration TG-ALD, was destroyed shortly after takeoff from the La Aurora International Airport, Guatemala City, Guatemala. The pilot and 5 passengers were fatally injured. An instrument flight plan was filed and the aircraft's intended destination was Belize.
