On June 7, 2013, about 1755 hours central daylight time, a Cessna 182R, United States registration N6241H, impacted terrain near Micoxtla, Mexico. The pilot and passenger were fatally injured, and the airplane was destroyed. The accident investigation is under the jurisdiction and control of the Dirección General de Aeronáutica Civil (DGAC).
