On November 10, 2015, at 0020 universal coordinated time, a Canadian registered Cessna 182H airplane, C-GKNZ, impacted terrain shortly after takeoff from the Parry Sound Area Municipal Airport (CNK4), Parry Sound, Ontario, Canada. The pilot and passenger were fatally injured. The accident investigation is under the jurisdiction and control of the Canadian Transportation Safety Board.
