The Dirección General de Aeronáutica Civil (DGAC) of Mexico has notified the NTSB of an incident involving a McDonnell Douglas DC-9-82, which occurred on November 2, 2015. The NTSB has appointed a U.S. Accredited Representative to assist the DGAC investigation under the provisions of ICAO Annex 13 as the State of Manufacture and Design of the airplane. All investigative information will be released by the DGAC of Mexico.
