On January 7, 2016, about 1900 coordinated universal time, a Cessna T188C, Brazilian registration PR-INS, operated by Blitz Comercio e Representacoes Ltda, was destroyed when it impacted terrain while spraying insecticides on a sugar cane plantation in Bom Jesus de Goias Municipality, State of Goias. The foreign certificated pilot and passenger were fatally injured. The local flight was conducted under Brazilian flight regulations. This accident investigation is under the jurisdiction of the Government of Brazil.
