On July 8, 2016, about 2359 Coordinated Universal Time, an Air Tractor AT-301 airplane, C-GCYV, impacted terrain while low-level maneuvering near Rocanville, Saskatchewan, Canada. The pilot sustained fatal injuries. The Transportation Safety Board (TSB) of Canada is investigating the accident. As the state of manufacture of the airplane, the National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) has designated an U.S. accredited representative to assist the TSB in its investigation.
