Every accident in the database that can be placed. Zoom in and the clusters break apart into individual records, and the map loads what is in view rather than a worldwide sample. Open rings are approximate: the NTSB left the coordinates empty and the marker sits on the place named in the record. Changing a filter updates the map without reloading the page, and the address bar keeps up, so you can share exactly what you are looking at.

Some records cannot be placed at all: the source names no city, no airport and no coordinates. They are still in the full list and each has its own page. How the approximate positions are worked out is on about the data.
