ACCORDING TO THE PLT A 90 DEGREE CROSSWIND CAUSED A LOSS OF DIRECTIONAL CONTROL SHORTLY AFTER TAKEOFF. THE EMPENNAGE CONTACTED A FENCE AND TREES OFF THE LEFT SIDE OF THE RWY.
