JUST PRIOR TO V1 AND ROTATION BOTH LEFT MAIN LANDING GEAR TIRES FAILED. TAKEOFF WAS ABORTED AND ACFT WAS STOPPED ON RWY. PAX & CREW DEPLANED WITHOUT INJURY. CAUSE OF TIRE FAILURE COULD NOT BE DETERMINED.
