THE HELICOPTER WAS BEING USED TO HERD CATTLE WHEN THE ACCIDENT OCCURRED. THE HELICOPTER CONTACTED 3 POWER LINES AND DESCENDED UNCONTROLLED TO GROUND IMPACT.
