DURING TAKEOFF AT ABOUT ROTATION SPEED, THE PILOT DIVERTED HER ATTENTION TO THE RIGHT WING. THE ACFT DRIFTED TO THE EDGE OF THE RUNWAY AND CAUGHT A WINGTIP, THEN NOSED OVER.
