IMPROPER PLANNING/DECISION BY THE PILOT AND HIS DELAY IN ABORTING THE TAKEOFF. CONTRIBUTING FACTORS WERE: THE WET/UPWARD SLOPING CONDITION OF THE AIRSTRIP, UNFAVORABLE WIND, HIGH OBSTRUCTIONS (TALL TREES/OBSTACLES AT THE END OF THE RUNWAY), AND HIGH VEGETATION (BRUSH & SMALL TREES).
