THE PILOT SAID THAT WHILE PRACTICING TOUCH AND GO LANDINGS IN A LIGHT CROSSWIND, DIRECTIONAL CONTROL WAS LOST. THE AIRCRAFT VEERED OFF THE RUNWAY, HIT A RUNWAY LIGHT AND NOSED OVER.
