THE FAILURE OF THE PILOT TO MAINTAIN DIRECTIONAL CONTROL DURING LANDING, RESULTING IN A GROUND LOOP AND AIRCRAFT IMPACT WITH TERRAIN. A FACTOR RELATING TO THE ACCIDENT WAS THE GUSTY WIND CONDITIONS.
