On February 23, 2009, at about 1915 local time (1215 UTC), a Lion Air MD-90, registration PK-LIO, landed with the nose landing gear in the retracted position. There were no injuries to the passengers or crew. The investigation is being conducted by the Indonesia National Transportation Safety Committee (NTSC).
