On December 11, 2015, about 0910 eastern standard time, a Canadian registered Cessna 208B, C-FKDL, impacted terrain approximately 15 nautical miles north of Pickle Lake, Ontario, Canada. The pilot, the sole occupant, was fatally injured. The investigation is under the jurisdiction of the government of Canada.
