On June 14, 2015, at 1100 local time, a Robinson R44, VH-KJJ, collided with terrain under unknown circumstances near Timber Creek, Australia. The helicopter was operated under the pertinent civil regulation of the government of Australia. The helicopter was substantially damaged and the pilot, the sole occupant, was fatally injured.
